Works of Blessing

And I want you to stress these things, so that those who have trusted in God may be careful to devote themselves to doing what is good.
Titus 3:8

This page is under construction. Thanks for your patience.
In addition to our own ministries, we actively share in or support these works of blessing in our community and beyond.

Little Hands, Big Hearts serves special needs children and underprivileged families in Trujillo, Honduras.  A cooperative ministry of churches and individual Christians in both the U.S. and Honduras, it offers medical missions, educational and nutritional assistance, community improvement projects, and Christian teaching to children and families that suffer from physical disabilities and extreme poverty.  SVCC has supported the ministry of LHBH since 2007 through monthly contributions and mission teams that have served on-site. SVCC was the ministry's sponsoring church from 2007 to 2014.

New Mexico Christian Children's Home, located near Portales, New Mexico, provides children with quality residential, adoptive, and single-parent homes.  It offers a range of services to children without homes, children needing foster care or adoption, and single parents looking for an opportunity to gain the skills needed to support their families.  SVCC supports NMCCH through monthly contributions.

Mountain States Children's Home serves children in need of long-term housing by providing residential homes, counseling, and other care in preparation for either reuniting them with their parents or launching them into independent adulthood.  Located in Longmont, Colorado, MSCH receives occasional donations of funds and food collections from SVCC.
